WHO WILL BE MY DRIVER?
We will assign our driver one day before your first pick-up. Don’t worry – we hire experienced & trusted drivers. All drivers speak English and happy to share about Bali culture and tradition and happy to show the sightseeing of Bali.
WHAT INCLUSION & EXCLUSION ?
Our rates are complete and there are no hidden costs, Included: car, driver service (10 hours daily), fuel, unlimited mileage, tax, hotel pick-up/drop-off in popular areas. Not included: parking, entrance tickets, meals, show tickets and other personal expenses.
BOOK WITHOUT CREDIT CARD
We do not require any deposit to confirm your booking. Please book advance and you may pay in cash once meet our driver. It’s that simple!
FREE & EASY CANCELLATIONS
Your plans has changed? No problem — change dates or cancel your booking at any time, free of charge! For last minute cancel, please call us at least 4 hours before trip schedule at 081…….
I AM STAYING IN DIFFERENT TOWNS/HOTELS. IS THAT OK?
We provide pick-up/drop-off at hotels in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran.
If you require pick-up/drop-off in other areas please contact us for pricing and availability.
HOW DO I PAY?
Please settle the payment directly our driver in local currency. You pay separately for each day – no need to pay for all reserved days at once!
DO YOU PROVIDE HALF DAY SERVICE?
You may hire us only for full day (10 hours). We don’t offer refunds for unused hours.
NO HIDDEN COSTS
We give you honest and net rates and we don’t hide any charges. You pay only what you agreed to. Rates already include driver service, fuel & tax.
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED…
We provide the experience drivers and all cars are reliable with fully air-conditioned, but if you are not fully satisfied you can cancel remaining days, request another car or driver replacement…
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE YOUR SERVICE?
You may simply cancel all remaining days – without any cancellation fee. Feel free to use our service as long you are happy with our services. Substitute Drivers is available if you not happy with previous driver.
HOW CAN I CHOOSE TOURS AND PLACES TO VISIT?
Plan your schedule directly with the driver when you meet. You can choose from our tour programs, or choose any places to visit from your own tour itinerary. We are OK with whatever you decide.
CAN YOU PICK ME UP AT THE AIRPORT?
Yes – if you are planning to use full day service after arrival. If you need hotel transfer only – there are official airport taxi for hotel transfer and You may start using our service for the next day.
CAN I GO AROUND BALI?
Yes!! But for overnight tour and route to: Negara, Medewi beach, Gilimanuk, Pemuteran, Lovina, Kubu, Amed, Tulamben… With Little extra Charge at IDR 100,000/car.
